Congress fees

The congress fee includes admission to the full conference, programme & abstracts book, welcome ceremony on 9th March, coffee and lunch breaks.

When you register, please have the correct invoice address to your organisation at hand. There are three different options for both regular attendees and students/emeritus. PhD students and -candidates are regarded as students.

  1. NFPF/NERA members
    You are a NFPF/NERA member and have paid the 2018 membership fee or are in the process of paying this before attending the congress.
  2. Non-members
    You are not or do not intend to become a member of NFPF/NERA prior to this years’ congress and pay a higher congress fee.
  3. New members
    You are not an existing member of NFPF/NERA and want to become a member to be able to attend for the same congress fee as members. The costs for 2018 (Incl. VAT) are:

•Private membership: 859 NOK

•Student and emeritus membership: 559 NOK

Conference dinner

The conference dinner will be held on 09th March 2018 at the restaurant Gamle Logen. Participants will be served a three course dinner with excellent wines. Tickets for the dinner can be purchased separately via the online registration.

Ticket price: NOK 775 (incl. VAT)


A number of hotel rooms have been reserved for the conference participants from March 8th to 10th. Room reservations outside these dates might be subject to other prices. To read more about how to book a room please follow the registration link at the end of this page.

Cancellation terms

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat at Cancellations postmarked before 1st February 2018 will be refunded deducting administration costs of NOK 350 incl VAT (approx 40 EUR). After 1st February 2018, registration fees are non-refundable.

Registration is binding. Notifications, amendments, and cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or airmail). The fee for any amendments is NOK 350 incl VAT (approx 40 EUR) 

Force Majeure, health related issues

Should there occur an insuperable obstacle related to a registered person’s health, the registration fee will be refunded in full, less an administration charge of NOK 350 incl VAT (approx 40 EUR) Cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or mail) to HRG. An official and original medical certificate must be presented within two (2) weeks of the cancellation notification. HRG recommends all-inclusive travel insurance.

Invitation letter

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the conference secretariat at Please note that official letters of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.
